Recruiter responsibilities:

Build relationships with clinicians via phone, email marketing and targeted reaches Meet daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s consisting of phone calls, text messages, emails, and generating leads. Perform extensive outreach/cold calls to develop relationships with clinicians Act as a liaison between clinicians and our partners Utilize various internal CRM platforms, MS Office tools and internet resources to identify, track and monitor new business opportunities Utilize databases to track candidates and find clinician contact info Collaborate with support teams to help your candidates move through the recruitment process (licensing, credentialing, certifications, education, references, malpractice evaluation, background verification, and travel arrangements) Manage multiple requisitions and always provide a “white glove” candidate experience

 

Schedule:

Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm in our Margate office with periodic half day on Friday

This role is 100% in office – NOT a remote position 

 

Requirements:

1 year minimum of healthcare recruitment experience preferred (Nursing, Physician or Advanced Practice Recruitment) Identifying potential candidates through various channels such as internal CRM, job boards, social media, professional networks, and medical conferences. Reviewing applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and assessing candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Arranging interviews between candidates and hiring managers and facilitating follow-up meetings as needed. Experience and comfort with heavy phone activity including cold calling REQUIRED

 

Salary:

$40,000 base salary + uncapped commission structure on all placements/hires.

Commission payout is earned on all placements

 

Earning Potential:

Year 1 – $80,000+

Year 2 – $120,000 +
