Seeking an innovative, reliable and flexible LCSW who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance 
with schedule flexibility! Come join our team of 6 fulltime LCSW’s and 1 fulltime Psychiatrist to serve a local population of approximately 25,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon
 
Must possess a graduate degree in one of following:
  • Psychology 
  • A graduate degree in psychiatric nursing and current licensure as a registered nurse.
  • A graduate degree in social work, or a graduate degree in a behavioral science (mental
    health-related) field
 
Compensation and Benefits:
    Very competitive total compensation opportunity (83k+) which includes: 
o    RVU bonus based on annual threshold 
    Commencement bonus of $10k 
    $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
    Hospital employed
    Full benefits including a 401k match
    Paid malpractice
 
Professional Details:
    Four 10-hour days per week
    Average 8-10 patients per day
    Rural Health Clinic 
    Integrated Behavioral health and Primary Care 
    1:8 call; phone call only
    Fulltime, permanent
    Epic EMR
