• Hospital employed physician group
• Must be board certified or board eligible
• Shift is 7on/7off
• Requires 30 minute response time
• Average 4 hours of rounding per day, then available on call for the remainder of the day/night
• Inpatient rounding on newborns (primarily) and pediatric unit
• Must be NRP certified
• Able to intubate, chest tubes & prescribe Serfactim
• Level 2 NICU
